From October 19 to November 3, the “Dark” exhibition by Petro Smetana will be displayed at the White World Gallery. Paintings will reflect the artist’s thoughts about the beginning and foundation of things, which remains with us every day and will never lose its rights.
Dark is what remains after bright flashes of light.
Dark, which slowly swirls in the air and slowly falls, coloring everything with itself.
Dark, as an obligatory and forced phenomenon of our present.
Dark as the soot from which it all began, as the primordial archetype. And soot as a result of destruction.
Dark as the stage before birth.
