Project “Passing by the monastery”, White World Gallery, Kyiv

On September 30 at the White World gallery in Kyiv opened the exhibition of Lviv painter Petro Smetana dedicated to reflections on peace and ascetic practices.
From depicting the conflict between man and the city, Petro Smetana moves to the realization of man’s confrontation with uncertainty and fuss. And suddenly he not only finds a solution to the identified problem but also offers it to the viewer in a crystal clear form – in the form of an invitation to a joint walk past the Monastery.
